1. Vacuum Generation and Bottom Disc Lifting: When the user presses the pump head of the Cosmetic Airless Pump Bottle, the circular baffle at the bottom of the bottle (or bottom disc) is forced to move upward, creating an internal vacuum zone. This draws the product inside the bottle towards the pump head and expels it, achieving airless extraction.
2. One-Way Valve and Airtight Seal: The pump head is equipped with a one-way valve and a sealing ring, allowing only the product to flow outward. Air cannot flow back into the bottle, ensuring that the bottle maintains a negative pressure state after each pump press.
3. Synchronized Displacement of Piston/Inner Liner: As the bottom disc rises, the internal piston or the foldable inner liner simultaneously pushes the remaining product upward, compressing the space inside the bottle and further preventing air from entering.
4. Anti-backflow and complete emptying design: The Cosmetic Airless Pump Bottle uses an external metal spring or elastic element to provide rebound force, ensuring that the valve automatically closes after pumping, preventing air from flowing back into the bottle after use and maximizing the shelf life of the formula.
